Inside Sales Representative (Denver)

Cloud303 is a rapidly growing cloud-based consulting company that partners with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to deliver top-notch cloud solutions to businesses. We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.

            Day to Day:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Cloud303’s 

    products and services, as well as AWS solutions, in order to effectively sell to 

    potential customers.

  • Generate new business leads through a variety of means, including outbound

    calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and attending industry 

    events.

  • Qualify leads and prospects to determine their level of interest and buying 

    potential.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, 

    serving as their primary point of contact for sales inquiries and support.

  • Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.

  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and 

    loyalty.

  • Work collaboratively with the sales team, technical team, and AWS to provide

    customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.

  • Manage the sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue projections.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.his position is for in office (with flexibility to work from home) and
    the individual would report directly to the Chief Operating Officer

            Requirements

  • US Citizen and authorized to work in the United States

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a technology or 

    consulting company.

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner or other Cloud-based certifications is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to 

    build relationships and connect with customers.

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo) and sales 

    automation tools.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Familiarity with AWS solutions and cloud computing technology preferred.
